VICE PRESIDENT Robin joined Colliers in 2003 and is responsible for business development, underwriting and managing client communication for Colliers’ hotel real estate listings across Canada. As Vice President of Canadian hotel brokerage operations, she focuses on client management and acts as a liaison between buyers and sellers, managing information requirements to ensure a streamlined and efficient process that meets set timelines.
Robin’s experience includes:
- Valuations of over $1 billion worth of hotel real estate investments across Canada and parts of the Caribbean, with a specialized breadth of knowledge on the dynamics of the financial and operational aspects of real estate investments, asset management and management contracts.
- Specializing in hotel due diligence, she completes a thorough pre-marketing due diligence program at the onset of each listing to become fully knowledgeable of the Property, allowing the Team to effectively highlight strengths and opportunities, and pro-actively mitigate any negative factors that may occur during the sale process.
- Co-authors and helps manage the production of the quarterly INNvestment Canada Newsletter and annual Canadian Hotel Investment Report. She is also a guest writer for Global Hotel Network and Hotelier Magazine.

ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT Prathmesh (Prath) joins Colliers International Hotels with a comprehensive background in hotel and commercial real estate. Holding an MBA from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, highlights of his career include serving as a strategic advisor to a variety of North American lenders, private owners, public companies and institutional clients. Prath is focusing his efforts on new mandates across Canada with a particular focus on asset underwriting.
Prathmesh's experience includes:
- His most recent work experience includes working with the Hotel Valuation and Consulting team at CBRE Hotels, where he was Associate Director.
- His prior work experiences includes working with BankOne (Now JP Morgan Chase) and Salomon Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney), as well as being on the acquisition team with Indage Hotels in Mumbai.
- Extensive valuation and underwriting of several investment properties including hotels, office, retail, multi residential and industrial assets.

SALES ASSOCIATE Based in Vancouver, Hamir works closely with Tom Andrews and the rest of the Canadian hotel team based in Toronto, providing investor coverage and pursuing hotel mandates in Western Canada. Hamir has considerable experience selling hotel properties in British Columbia and Alberta to a variety of private and institutional investors. Hamir has a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University and
has completed the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management certification from Cornell University as well as appraisal courses at UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

SENIOR ANALYST Providing support to brokerage and advisory activities, Russell handles the production of marketing collateral and the integration of value-add research. He has assisted in a variety of strategic advisory assignments for clients across Canada and in the Caribbean/Latin America, including market and feasibility studies, valuations and operational reviews. Russell is also responsible for the preparation of client/investor communication, in addition to leading Colliers’ national hospitality research and media initiatives.
Russell’s experience includes:

- Manages Colliers’ national supply and transaction databases, tracking the development of new hotel construction projects and lodging asset sales across the country.

- Operational and management experience with Marriott International and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in the rooms and food and beverage divisions, including completion of Four Seasons’ intensive Manager-in-Training (“MIT”) program.

PROJECT COORDINATOR Amy organizes various brokerage activities and assists in the coordination of projects and day-today activities of both the Toronto and Vancouver offices. She conducts market research, due diligence review and financial analysis in the preparation of investment memoranda and has also developed relationships with a multitude of local and national contacts for the benefit of clients.
Amy's experience includes:
- Coordinates brokerage marketing campaigns.
- Assists with the preparation of client communication and research materials.
- Manages various databases, including the tracking of potential investors and the updating of Colliers’ national supply and transactions databases.
- Liases with local cities and towns and gathers timely intelligence from a variety of reputable sources to ensure the accurate analysis of economic and market trends.
